I've worked as an actor, and the number of actors it takes to screw in a light bulb is variable, but all of them who aren't doing the actual work will stand there quietly saying to themselves "I could do it better".
That having been said, I felt the text might be improved by adding "We have endured" or "After" or somesuch at the front, just before "Years". My .02Cr
